Purple Butterflies

This shoot was done for Palm Beach Illustrated and these are the words of our co-founder, Alex Papachristidis, about the Purple Butterfly Collection: "Party tables are so handy and practical to have. Both my partner, Lisa McCarthy and I have party tables and ballroom chairs at our homes that we store in our basement. Part of being a good host is always saying yes. Here we made tablecloths to the floor that we add to skeleton tables. Both Lisa and I think a purple as a neutral. Here we paired, purple and white with white flowers and green glasses. It’s always interesting to offset your tables with a contrast color. The charming butterflies on our custom plates from Everyday Elegance Collection feel as if they flown onto the dishes from the garden. The antique George Jensen silver is a wonderful element to collect, the white napkins with purple picot edge again add a fresh element to a layered table. There’s nothing nicer than inviting guess to sit outside with a lovely view of the gardens and water. Always serve delicious food, good wines and yummy cocktails and make sure that you have everything on hand in advance. I believe in always having a vegetarian option. Remember that being a confident, calm host or hostess creates a relaxed and fun atmosphere for your guests."
