To create the fold shown here in the Modern Lace look:
1. Fold the napkin into quarters.
2. Rotate the napkin so you have a diamond shape and fold down the top point.
3. Fold in from the left and right points and then flip over the napkin.
4. Place on plate with point towards the bottom of the plate.
